Timeless architecture creates a pleasant environment with its own square, where everyday life unfolds, and a green promenade along the new tram line connecting the area with its surroundings. The name Yards refers both to the English designation of the Žižkov Freight Yard and to “courtyards” — the green inner blocks that form the natural heart of the entire neighborhood. These courtyards give the project its character: quiet and safe spaces for relaxation, socializing, and everyday moments — a morning coffee, children’s play, or an evening gathering.
